Your Rights Regarding Data Privacy

Every client has the following rights; Right to Erasure, Right to Restrict, Right to Object and Right to Data Portability. In respect of the rights outlined above, we request that you contact us on info@gastaldimonaco.comand we will provide you with additional information regarding your rights in connection with your specific request. Any request must be accompanied by the required identification details (Surname, Name and email) as well as any other information required to confirm identity. In compliance with current regulation, this request must be signed, and accompanied by a photocopy of a form of identification featuring a signature, along with the exact address to which we can send response. A response will be addressed to the client and sent within 1 month of receipt of the request. Recipients of goods have the same rights as the person ordering the flowers with regards to personal data, and can also contact Gastaldi Fleurs should they have a request regarding this.
